As a seasoned Director with over 5 years of experience in management and leadership positions, I have a proven track record of success in customer relations and sales. My expertise in managing accounts and relationships, as well as my exceptional oral communication and presentation skills, have allowed me to effectively communicate NatureBridge’s vision and connect thousands of kids with the wonder and science of nature.
At NatureBridge, I serve as the Director of Outreach and Enrollment (Sales) for the Golden Gate Campus, where I handle customer relations from lead generation to contracting and collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience. As a member of the Golden Gate Leadership Team, I also oversee the budget for program scholarships, generate proposals and contracts, and maintain data integrity in the CRM application (Salesforce).
In my previous role as the Camp Director for Coastal Camp, I was responsible for all aspects of the planning, supervision, and implementation of the summer day camp program. I led the hiring process of 30-40 seasonal educators and staff, provided support and guidance to camp administrators, and identified and eliminated barriers to program growth, particularly in equity and inclusion. I also created and managed an annual program budget, including a 55% increase in revenue and expanded partnerships with local community-based organizations.
